Orders:
Orders can be placed in a variety of ways.

Postage and Packaging Charges:

Why are prices listed as exclusive of GST?
We thought we had better set this straight for everybody who thinks this is just a con.
Other countries do not pay Australian GST so this amount is not charged on international orders. As Noteable exports to other countries the cost to those countries is the exclusive price. – Sorry there is no way around this and listing prices as ‘exclusive’ always has a nice ring to it anyway.

Grading for Arrangements
All the arrangements including small ensemble groups are graded by the standard arrangement difficulty grading. 
Grade 1 - Extremely easy (mostly long notes)
Grade 2 - Easy to learn but with some grunt.
Grade 3 - Average established high school ensemble can play this.
Grade 4 - Difficult! (but usually worth the effort)
Grade 5 - Almost a professional grade piece - would stretch most community groups.
N.B - Quartet and Quintet arrangements are based on the above – not on AMEB grade levels

Payment/invoices:
Once you have placed an order, you should receive the books within a week (Australia) and two weeks (international orders)
An invoice will accompany the order – simply forward this to your accounts department.
Australian orders will be required to pay GST on orders but this does not apply to international orders.

International orders:
All prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars and payment will need to be made in Australian dollars.
Postage and packaging rates for international Orders – please see chart below:
GST Is goods and services tax and not charged on international orders
An invoice will be sent along with the books.
Payment can be made by:
1. Credits cards - via pay pal
2. An international money order or bank cheque made out in Australian dollars

Returns policy:
If you are not satisfied with products you receive you may return them within 30 days from the date of invoice for a full refund.
NB: While these books come with full copyright license for within the school of purchase, this obviously does not extend to returned goods!

Photocopying:
*Secondary resources and arrangements include full photocopy license within your school
*Primary resources include full photocopy license within your classroom
