Orders:
Orders can be placed in a variety of ways:

2.  Phone 61 (0)3 9338 3445 and place your order
3.  Email – info@noteable.com.au
     Please include: Name, school name, postal address, email address, your order and order  

     number (if required)

Are prices listed inclusive of GST?
Yes!

Customers from outside Australia do not pay GST so this amount is not charged on international orders. International customers will be charged 10% less.

Grading for Arrangements
All the arrangements including small ensemble groups are graded by the standard arrangement difficulty grading. 
Grade 1 - Extremely easy (mostly long notes)
Grade 2 - Easy to learn but with some grunt.
Grade 3 - Average established high school ensemble can play this.
Grade 4 - Difficult! (but usually worth the effort)
Grade 5 - Almost a professional grade piece - would stretch most community groups.
N.B - Quartet and Quintet arrangements are based on the above – not on AMEB grade levels

Delivery:
Once you have placed an order, you should receive the books within a week (Australia) and two weeks (international orders). This is subject to stock being on hand. If stock needs to be backordered then you will be notified within 5 working days.

Payment/invoices:

There are several option for payment.

1. An invoice will accompany the order – simply forward this to your accounts department.

2. Payment may be made by credit card using the ANZ gateway.

3. Direct credit options are available for Australian customers only.

4. Payment may be made using paypal.

International orders:
All prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars and payment will need to be made in Australian dollars.
Postage and packaging rates for international Orders – please see chart above
GST is goods and services tax and not charged on international orders so cost is 10% less
An invoice will be sent along with the books.
Payment can be made by:
1. Credits cards - via pay pal or merchant facitlities.
2. An international money order or bank cheque made out in Australian dollars

Customer Privacy:

All credit card details are shredded immediatly after payment has been approved.

Credit card details through paypal or ANZ gateway are not ever provided to this office.

SSL facilities for account information is on this website.

All information with sensitive details including remittance notices are shredded within 4 months.

Privacy Policy

Returns policy and goods 'On Approval'
If you are not satisfied with products you receive you may return them within 30 days from the date of invoice for a full refund.
NB: While these books come with full copyright license for within the school of purchase, this obviously does not extend to returned goods!

Photocopying:
All resources published by Noteable are 'black line masters' and come with full photocopy rights.
