Shared client notes

Yesterday should be visible before today writes.

Two workers can see the same client in one week. Write into different places and that’s two private files — not shared notes.

14-day trial, no card. The snapshot is a scored self-assessment in the app.

Transcript beside a structured session draft ready for review before it is final.
Monday’s recap becomes a draft you review. Wednesday writes the next one on the same client.

In the product

Monday writes. Wednesday should not pretend Monday did not happen.

Monday’s recap becomes a structured draft you review and finalise. Wednesday opens the same client, sees that session, and writes Wednesday. Two authors. One client.

A shared folder is not a shared client note.

The Drive is shared, the inbox is shared, even the practice suite has a client file — but that’s access, not a shared note. Monday’s detail sits in one write-up, Wednesday’s in another doc, and the follow-up is still in a phone.

Wednesday opens the client to a blank page beside a pile of other people’s files.

Same client. Same workspace. Your own draft.

Shared doesn’t mean one person ghost-writes everyone’s notes, or that Noteable becomes the roster. It means the client is where the notes accumulate.

What shared means here

  • The team works in one workspace
  • Each worker captures their own session — voice or typing
  • Each worker reviews their own structured draft
  • Finalised notes sit on the client with last time, what works, goals, and follow-ups
  • Who changed the record, and when, stays with the history

This is not

  • A group chat that becomes the real record
  • Google Docs with a login
  • An invoicing or claiming tool

Next step

Write Wednesday on the same client as Monday.

Write your first note free, then add the colleague who writes Wednesday — the test is whether they open the same record. The 2-minute snapshot is a scored self-assessment in the app, not an export from the clinic.

FAQ

Shared notes, in plain language

For NDIS teams who already write notes — and need them to live on the same client.

What are shared client notes in Noteable?

Session notes written in a shared workspace, against the same client. Each worker reviews their own draft. Finalised notes and client context stay visible to the rest of the team.

Can we both edit the same note?

Each session has an author who captures, reviews, and finalises that note. The shared object is the client record those notes attach to — including last time, follow-ups, and goals — with a history of who changed what.

Is this just Google Docs with a login?

No. Capture becomes a structured draft you review. Context sits with the client instead of in a folder of documents. That is what makes the next note usable.

Will our notes be used to invoice or claim?

Noteable does not invoice and does not submit NDIA claims. Keep billing in the tool you already use. The note is the record of the session.

How many people can share notes?

The same product, billed per active user, self-serve up to 15.
