These are the things we claim about the session record. Below is how you can check us in a trial. We are not saying “trust our AI.” We are not promising an audit outcome, automatic Practice Standards, or that a model never drafts extra language.

Hosting, for completeness: clinical records are hosted in Australia on AWS Sydney. That is an infrastructure fact. It is not a substitute for the six principles below.
Principles
Principle 1
AI output remains a draft until a person reviews and finalises it. Drafts can be wrong. Noteable does not auto-finalise a generated note.
How to test it
Generate a draft. Confirm it is not the final session record until you accept it. Edit a sentence. Confirm the final note is what you approved.
Principle 2
Material generated claims can be traced to supporting session evidence where the product exposes evidence linkage. Prove means why the record says what it says — not a self-audit PDF pack.
How to test it
On a generated claim that shows an evidence control, open the source. If a claim has no evidence, treat that as a gap to review, not as a hidden guarantee.
Principle 3
The system preserves who changed the record and when.
How to test it
Finalise a note, edit it, and confirm you can see that a change occurred and who made it.
Principle 4
Client memory comes from information maintained within that client’s record and remains reviewable. It is not an opaque score. Typical contents include what happened recently, what works, what to be mindful of, and what needs following up.
How to test it
Open a client record after a finalised session. Confirm the memory fields are visible and editable, and that they are about that client — not a mystery summary you cannot inspect.
Principle 5
Users can produce and export their records. Noteable is not the only copy you are allowed to keep.
How to test it
Export or produce a session record from a finalised note. Confirm you can take the content with you.
Principle 6
Noteable does not submit NDIA claims or act as the user’s invoicing or scheduling system. Keep those in the tools you already use.
How to test it
Walk the product: there is no NDIS invoice run, no roster, no claim submission. If you need those, you are in a different category of app.
