Our commitment
Generated output remains a draft until a person reviews and finalises it. Noteable does not auto-finalise a generated note.
Why it matters
A fluent draft can still be wrong. The record should be what you approved, not what the model offered.
How to verify it during the trial
Generate a draft. Confirm it is not the final session record until you accept it. Edit a sentence. Confirm the final note is what you approved.
2. Source visibility
Our commitment
Where the product exposes an evidence control on a generated claim, you can open the supporting session source. A claim with no source is a gap to review, not a hidden guarantee.
Why it matters
Later readers — including you next month — should be able to see why a line is in the note, not only that the line exists.
How to verify it during the trial
On a generated claim that shows an evidence control, open the source. If a claim has no evidence, treat that as something to fix or remove before you rely on it.
3. Change history
Our commitment
The system preserves who changed the record and when.
Why it matters
If the note is going to stand behind the support, you need to know who edited it after the first finalise.
How to verify it during the trial
Finalise a note, edit it, and confirm you can see that a change occurred and who made it.
4. Editable client context
Our commitment
Client memory comes from information maintained on that client’s record. Typical fields include what happened recently, what works, what to be mindful of, and what needs following up. You can inspect and edit them.
Why it matters
Handover fails when context lives only in one person’s head. It also fails when a summary cannot be checked.
How to verify it during the trial
Open a client record after a finalised session. Confirm the memory fields are visible and editable, and that they are about that client.
5. Export
Our commitment
You can produce and export your records. Noteable is not the only copy you are allowed to keep.
Why it matters
A documentation tool that traps the record is a different product. You should be able to take the content with you.
How to verify it during the trial
Export or produce a session record from a finalised note. Confirm you can keep the content.
6. Clear product boundaries
Our commitment
Noteable does not submit NDIA claims or act as your invoicing or scheduling system. Keep those in the tools you already use.
Why it matters
Buying a note tool because you needed rostering is how people end up with the wrong stack.
How to verify it during the trial
Walk the product: there is no NDIS invoice run, no roster, no claim submission. If you need those, you are in a different category of app.
