For small NDIS provider teams
What your team learns stays with the client.
Build shared client knowledge across sessions: what works, what has changed, current goals, and open follow-ups — with the source notes behind it.

Remember, across your team
A client’s story takes more than one session.
A strategy from weeks ago can still make a difference today. Noteable brings confirmed client knowledge, recent changes, and the next actions together, so each colleague can build on what the team has learned.
- What works
- Keep confirmed strategies and preferences useful across sessions.
- What changed
- See recent confirmed updates alongside the context that still matters.
- What needs attention
- Bring goals, watch-outs, and open follow-ups into preparation.
- Where it came from
- Open the source session to check the detail behind the summary.
Your team reviews suggested details before they become confirmed client knowledge. Source sessions remain available to colleagues with access.

See the week. Start each session prepared.
Plan one-off or repeating sessions, see who is meeting each client, and open their brief from the appointment. Each clinician has their own day; managers can review the team’s planned sessions.

Bring your existing appointments into view.
Connect selected Google or Outlook calendars. Choose whether to share eligible client-linked appointments with your team’s managers, alongside sessions planned in Noteable.
Sharing is opt-in and read-only. Private, all-day, and unlinked events stay outside the shared view. Changes are made in the original calendar.

The right people around the client
A change of colleague. A continuing record.
Invite your team, set roles, assign clients, and arrange temporary cover. Give colleagues the client access they need to prepare and contribute to the same record.
- Manage invitations and team roles
- Keep client assignments clear
- Arrange cover for a defined period
Finish today. Keep the next step clear.
A reviewed note. A next step with an owner.
Speak or type a recap, review the draft, and finalise the session record. Keep the follow-up with the client, assign a colleague, and set a due date so the next action has somewhere to go.
Open actions appear in preparation alongside the client’s current goals and confirmed context.

FAQ
Common questions
Client memory, team access, connected calendars, and what happens after your trial.
How is client memory useful beyond the last handover?
The client record brings together confirmed strategies, preferences, things to be mindful of, recent changes, goals and follow-ups from different sessions. Review suggestions before they become confirmed context. An authorised colleague can check the source sessions, including older details that are still useful today.
Can we plan sessions and connect our existing calendars?
Yes. Create one-off or repeating sessions in Noteable and connect selected Google or Outlook calendars read-only. Confirm which client an appointment belongs to and optionally remember that recurring series or exact title in the selected calendar. Noteable does not write changes back to the external calendar. Apple calendar connections are personal-only.
Who can see my appointments and client information?
Managers have the team view; members see their own work. External calendar sharing is opt-in and does not grant client access. Only eligible, client-linked timed appointments appear to authorised managers. Private, all-day and unlinked events are excluded, and original external event titles remain owner-only.
Can we manage client assignments and temporary cover?
Managers can invite colleagues, manage roles and client assignments, and arrange temporary cover. Client access follows those assignments and permissions, so the covering worker can prepare from the shared record they are authorised to see.
Does Noteable replace my practice management software?
Keep billing, invoicing, payroll and claiming in your existing tools. Noteable supports session planning, selected read-only calendar connections, reviewed notes, shared client memory and reports. Calendar connections do not sync clinical records or write changes back to your practice management software.
Can we start with just two workers?
Yes. Paid Base workspaces support 2–15 active users at A$29 per active user per month, with one invoice billed to the owner. Start with one note and invite up to five members during the trial. An independent provider can also use Noteable solo.
What happens after the free trial?
The 14-day trial starts when you generate your first draft. No credit card is required. After the trial, your workspace becomes read-only until the owner upgrades. Base costs A$29 per active user per month. The trial supports up to five members.
Where is clinic data hosted?
Clinic records and workspace data are hosted and stored in Sydney, Australia. Marketing analytics on this site may be processed outside Australia. Drafts produced with AI can be wrong — you review them before clinical use.
