Does Noteable replace my practice management software?
Noteable works beside the practice suite you already use. Keep billing, invoicing and claiming there. Plan sessions in Noteable or bring selected calendar appointments into view, then use the same client record for notes, confirmed context, goals, history and exports.
Need more than one login?
Small-team workspaces are the same product, billed per active user, self-serve up to 15.
What happens after the free trial?
Base is A$29 per month for one active user, or A$29 per active user for a team. Prices include GST. The 14-day trial starts when you generate your first draft. No credit card. You review before anything is final. After the trial, your workspace becomes read-only until the owner upgrades.
Does the NDIS require these notes?
No. The 2026 NDIS reforms raise recordkeeping and supporting-documentation expectations for providers. Session notes are a strong way to prove a service happened. They are not a statutory attachment on every claim. Noteable helps you keep a reviewed record you can produce and explain later. It is not legal advice, and implementing rules may still change.
