Terms of Service — Noteable
Effective Date: December 1, 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Noteable, operated by Matthew Giglio, based in Adelaide, South Australia.
1. Acceptance
By using Noteable, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.
2. Service Description
Noteable provides a clinical intelligence platform for allied health teams, including session documentation, progress tracking, and reporting workflows. Noteable assists with documentation and operational workflows and does not replace clinician judgement or professional obligations.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Keep account credentials secure.
- Ensure submitted data is lawful and accurate.
- Obtain required client consent where applicable.
- Not upload harmful, unlawful, or unauthorised material.
- Review and validate AI-assisted outputs before clinical or operational use.
4. AI-Assisted Content
AI-assisted drafts may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before relying on it in clinical or business workflows.
5. Data Ownership and Processing
You retain ownership of content uploaded or created in the platform. By using the service, you authorise Noteable to process that content to operate, secure, and improve the product.
6. Billing and Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- Fees are charged in AUD.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
- Plan pricing and included limits are published on the pricing page and may be updated prospectively.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noteable is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before a claim.
9. Termination and Retention
You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, your workspace may become read-only so you can still access notes and exports. Client-related records are retained for at least 7 years from last service date unless a longer period is required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
