NoteAble AI (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by Matthew Giglio (ABN [insert number]), based in Adelaide, South Australia.
We provide tools for NDIS support workers and service providers to capture, manage, and generate NDIS-aligned session notes using AI technology.

1. Our Commitment to Privacy

We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
We respect your right to privacy and handle your information responsibly, securely, and transparently.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information needed to provide and improve our service, including:

  • Name, email address, and contact details
  • Session notes, documents, images, and transcripts you upload
  • NDIS participant details (entered by users)
  • Account preferences and analytics (e.g., app usage)
  • Payment details (if you upgrade to paid access)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Generate AI-assisted drafts and summaries of session notes
  • Maintain accounts and provide customer support
  • Improve the quality and reliability of our service
  • Meet compliance and security requirements
  • Send you updates or feedback requests (optional)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

4. Storage and Security

  • Data is stored securely on Supabase (AWS Sydney region)
  • Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256)
  • Cloudflare provides network and DDoS protection
  • Access is restricted to authorised administrators only

5. AI Processing and Third Parties

AI processing is handled securely by:

  • OpenAI API and/or Anthropic API — used only to generate outputs based on your inputs.
    Data sent to these APIs is not used to train external models.
  • Supabase for data and storage management
  • Cloudflare for network protection

These providers may process your data in accordance with their privacy policies.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

  • You may request deletion or export of your data via support@noteable.com.au
  • Deleted data is purged from active systems within 30 days, and backups within 90 days
  • We may keep anonymised, non-personal data for analytics

7. Your Rights

Under the APPs, you may:

  • Access or correct your personal information
  • Request deletion of your account
  • Lodge a complaint regarding privacy handling

8. Beta Status & Scope

NoteAble AI is provided in public beta “as is”. Availability and features may change without notice, and the product does not replace clinical judgement or compliance checks.
We are not a registered NDIS provider. Our tooling is designed to support workers with NDIS-aligned documentation, and you remain responsible for validating every output before use.
