Is this the same as a handover template?

Can the covering worker still write their own note?

Yes. They open the shared client record, then capture and review their own session. Context is shared. Authorship is still theirs. The product keeps who changed the record and when.

Does the NDIS require a handover note in Noteable?

No. Noteable does not claim the law requires this format. The 2026 NDIS Amendment Bill passed Parliament on 19 August 2026 and is awaiting Royal Assent. Rules may still change.
