Client records across a small team
The participant did not change — the face at the door did. If the file is a pile of personal notes, this month’s third worker starts from whoever happened to write something down.
14-day trial, no card. The snapshot is a scored self-assessment in the app.

In the product
You see the participant in week one, a colleague in week two, a casual on a Tuesday in week three. On one record, each week builds on the last — and the casual can see all of it before writing Tuesday.
Multiple workers on one participant is normal for a small provider — and it’s exactly where the record breaks. One worker holds the history in their head. Another’s careful notes never get opened. A casual leaves no trail anyone will trust next week.
Tuesday: a casual walks in for a single shift and opens the file. Three names are on it, but no story.
More than one person delivers this support, so the file has to survive that. Noteable is documentation for small NDIS providers — not an app for support workers.
Next step
Write your first note free, then add the colleague who covers a Tuesday — the test is whether they open the same record. The 2-minute snapshot is a scored self-assessment in the app, not an export from the clinic.
FAQ
For small NDIS providers whose participants already see more than one worker.
Yes. Small-team workspaces share the client record. Each worker captures and reviews their own session. Context and history stay with the client. Self-serve up to 15 active users.
No. It is documentation software for sole traders and small NDIS providers. Workers on a team use it to write the session record. It is not a support-worker invoicing, rostering, or job-finding app.
If they have a login, they open the same client, see what was finalised, and write their own note. The record does not reset because the face at the door changed.
A solo-worker app is built for one independent worker’s notes and invoicing. Noteable is built for the session record when more than one worker sees the same client. Invoicing stays where you already do it.
No. The 2026 NDIS Amendment Bill passed Parliament on 19 August 2026 and is awaiting Royal Assent; rules may still change. A shared record helps you show the work when more than one worker has seen the client. It is not legally required to look like Noteable’s, and Noteable is not an approved NDIS tool.
A$29 per active user per month. Two workers are A$58. Five are A$145. One invoice, billed to the owner.
